Products and Pricing

We sell farm-based goods such as eggs, milk, and other products. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, or other charges that may apply.


Order Process

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email. This does not constitute a contract. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as product availability or pricing errors.


Payment

We accept payment via credit cards. Payment details are processed securely.


Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds for defective products only. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Products must be in their original condition.


Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Return and Refund Policy

At Prim & Proper Farms, we take pride in the quality of our farm-based goods. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:


Return Eligibility

• We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.

• Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.

• The product must be in its original packaging.


How to Return Items

If you believe your purchase is defective or damaged, please contact us at (480) 550-2661 within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order details and describe the issue, and we will guide you on how to proceed with the return.


Refunds

• If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

• If a refund is not possible, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they are defective or damaged at the time of pickup.


Local Pickup/Delivery

As we do not ship our products, all returns must be made in person at our farm,  or we may arrange a local pickup for defective items. Please contact us to discuss the return process.
